Autism Awareness Day

Today is Autism Awareness Day!  Do you love someone with Autism?  I think we all know someone with it, and today is a great day to bring attention to those people we care about!  Raising money for those with Autism is essential to not only improving their daily life and opportunities but also to research to better manage and hopefully some day reduce the prevalence of it. 

I'm so proud to be part of the PROVERBial Stampers Team of Demonstrators dedicated to raising money for The Amazing Kids Club in our community.  Next Saturday, April 11th, we will be co-hosting a stamping event to help support this amazing charity!  All of the proceeds will be donated to the Amazing Kids Club by TrueNorth Wellness Services in Hanover, PA.

The Amazing Kids Club

TrueNorth Wellness Services is dedicated to helping children, adolescents and adults in our community with autism.  Together with the Proverbial Stampers Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators we will raise funds to help support our local community members through card making.  This event includes 7 Make n’ Take handmade cards, catered lunch, beverages, raffle items and door prizes.

        Spend the day being creative and help support a great organization in our community!  

      

  

If you cannot attend, but want to support this amazing charity, you can get a kit that includes supplies for the cards with instructions for only $25.00 (includes postage)

                   When             : Saturday, April 11th, 2015 (RSVP BY April 8th)

                        Where            : Fraternal Order of Eagles 105 Park Street, Hanover PA

                        Time               : 11:00am-3:00pm (work at your own pace event)

                        Cost                : $25.00 + 2 cans of food for New Hope Ministry includes

 Supplies to create the 7 cards and a catered lunch

We will have a raffle during the event with prizes like gift certificates to restaurants, theater tickets, gift baskets and more! Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 and all raffle proceeds will benefit The Amazing Kids Club
