Blackberry Butterflies

Blackberry Bliss is my favorite color...it's so rich and beautiful.  I secretly hope it gets added to the Regals Collection once it's tour on the In Colors Collection is over in 2016.  You can't go wrong with butterflies and purple, right?  Wisteria Wonder and Blackberry Bliss make a handsome couple on this easy card.  The DSP is from Typeset.  This paper is amazing!  You get 24 sheets of double sided newsprint type paper.  It's not our standard weight DSP, it's thin and feels like the pages out of an old book.  Great for lots of projects!

To create these butterflies you will need to stamp them on Very Vanilla Card Stock with StazOn ink.  Then taking a Sponge Dauber and a bit of Blackberry Bliss ink start in the center of the butterfly and using small circular motions move out on either side.  You want to leave the wing tips light, so just blend gently.  Once you've colored all three butterflies, punch them out with your Elegant Butterfly Punch.  Use Glue dots to adhere them to your paper and 'fluff' the wings a bit for some added dimension.
